Felpham Heritage Assets

English Heritage defines a heritage asset as “A building, monument, site, place, area or landscape identified as having a degree of significance meriting consideration in planning decisions, because of its heritage interest.”  Heritage assets include designated heritage assets and assets identified by the local planning authority (including local listing).

National Designation highlights a building, site or areas of special interest and value to this and future generations and gives it protection under law or policy.

Felpham has one Conservation Area, 21 Listed Buildings and eight Local Green Spaces, as well as other heritage assets.
